The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, requires every organization with 10 or more employees to constitute an Internal Complaints Committee.

Yet, years later, many organizations remain non-compliant, and women in the informal sector — which employs the majority of working women in India — have virtually no protection.
